SkyView – My Experience

Friday night my friend and I went to downtown to see what all the hype about SkyView was. The closer we got to the ferris wheel, I understood. It was like being a kid again.
We were delayed for 30 minute due to lightening. It was well worth the wait. It’s definitely the coolest ferris wheel I’ve been on. The view at night is awesome. We could see parts of Centennial Park and we heard that there was a private concert going on. On our second time around, we heard Usher being introduced. We both got really excited. It was like our own private show.
After the ride was over, we walked over to the park to see who was throwing the private party. It was actually a law firm that is closing it’s Atlanta office, so a lot of people were pissed and leaving. I caught the attention of a drunk man and asked for his lanyard. He was going to give it to me but we needed another one. For some reason that stopped him from giving me his. Oh well. We could hear every word and make out his little figure on stage. Here are some pictures that I took with my phone.
